Guests should enter either through our street level entrance at 319 Yonge Street or through 10 Dundas Street East and take the escalator down to B1.

Accessibility needs: Enter through the 10 Dundas Street East entrance and take the public elevators behind Starbucks to B1 Level. At the entrance, use the call button for a team member to escort you down to check-in.

Subway: Line 1, Yonge/University — exit at TMU Dundas Station to 10 Dundas East (Northbound platform).

Streetcars: The 505 Dundas streetcar stops at Yonge & Dundas. Pocket Planet Canada is on the northeast corner — look for our giant sign!

Parking: Green P lot at 20 Dundas Square, directly across the street. Street parking near 10 Dundas East is limited — please read signs for parking hours and restrictions.

What can I expect from this experience? Pocket Planet Canada is a one-of-a-kind immersive attraction in the heart of Toronto, where Canada’s most iconic places, stories, and moments come to life. As the largest animated miniature world in North America, Pocket Planet Canada invites visitors to embark on a captivating journey across the country – all in a single unforgettable experience.

Pocket Planet Canada is an interactive, adventure-packed experience with hidden surprises and pop culture references waiting to be discovered. From superhero cameos and iconic movie moments to television scenes, music legends, and unexpected sightings.

Explore more than 45,000 square feet of breathtaking miniature zones filled with thousands of mini citizens, moving trains, animated autonomous vehicles, and incredible details around every corner. From bustling city streets and towering landmarks to rugged coastlines and unforgettable Canadian moments, every scene is designed to spark joy, curiosity, wonder, and discovery.
What can I see in Pocket Planet Canada? Pocket Planet Canada includes 8 zones: Little Niagara, Little Toronto, Little Golden Horseshoe, Little Ottawa, Petit Québec, Little East Coast, Little West Coast and Little North.
Where is the experience located? Pocket Planet Canada is located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 10 Dundas East, on the B2 Level, across the street from Sankofa Square (formerly Yonge-Dundas) Square and Toronto Eaton Centre.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? We are a one-of-a-kind indoor immersive attraction in the heart of Toronto Voted #1 Top Indoor Attraction with Attractions Ontario in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025.
How long does the experience last? The Pocket Planet experience takes approximately 2 hours. However, this will vary from person to person, as each guest unique explores coast to coast to coast in our sprawling 45,000 sq. ft. experience.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome and the experience is fun for all ages. However, children under 13 years of age are not permitted without adult supervision.
How do I get to the attraction? At Pocket Planet Canada Entrance, at B1 Level, use the button to call a Little Canada Team Member who will escort you to the elevators and down to B2 level check-in.

If I leave, can I come back in? Pocket Planet Canada tickets are valid for same day single use – unless you have an Annual Passport!
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Are outside food and beverages allowed? Other than reusable water bottles, outside food and drinks cannot be consumed on the premises.
Is there parking available? There is a Green P Paid Parking lot located directly across the street underneath Sankofa Square at 20 Dundas Square, Toronto, ON, M5B 1N8. Street parking is limited near 10 Dundas East, please read signs carefully for parking hours and permit restrictions.  Green P Yonge-Dundas Google Maps
Do you have a lost and found? Yes. Please visit the front desk, where our team will do their best to find your lost item.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, the Little Things gift shop is located after you visit all of the Zones within Pocket Planet Canada.
What will be built next? Building Pocket Planet Canada is no easy feat! The Zones currently completed took over 200,000 hours to build! We are always adding to our world so there is always something new to discover on return visits.

About tickets

Where can I buy tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I have to print my ticket? No. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What forms of payments does Pocket Planet Canada Accepts? Pocket Planet Canada accepts credit/debit card and mobile payments only. Digital payments result in:

Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

Can I make a group booking? If you require group tour information for schools, camps, daycares, tour operators, or other groups of 20 or more guests.

About access

Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. If Guests have elevator accessibility needs:
-              Guests should enter through the Yonge Street entrance that has direct elevator access into the experience.
-              Guests can also enter through 10 Dundas Street East. Take the public elevators behind Starbucks to B1 Level. At the Pocket Planet Canada entrance at B1 Level, use the call button to call a Pocket Planet Canada Team Member who will escort you to the building elevators and down to B2 Level check-in.
Is there parking available? Green P lot at 20 Dundas Square, directly across the street. Street parking near 10 Dundas East is limited.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? While we love all our pets, they are not allowed in Pocket Planet Canada with the exception of service animals.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled entry time; late entry is not permitted.
Do you offer wheelchairs? Yes, Pocket Planet Canada has a limited number of wheelchairs available for our guests to use free of charge, subject to availability. You will need to leave a form of ID at the front desk.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Pocket Planet Canada is committed to ensuring that our team work in a safe and healthy environment that is free of discrimination, harassment, and other avoidable risks. Pocket Planet Canada Guests, contractors and visitors are required to observe the following standards of conduct. Pocket Planet Canada reserves the right to deny entry or ask Guests to leave the premises should the standards of conduct not be adhered to.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Yes! Absolutely, we welcome all guests to Pocket Planet Canada
Are strollers allowed? Yes, strollers are allowed in Pocket Planet Canada, but please note the following exceptions:
Wagons or other pull vehicles are not permitted.
On busy days, oversized strollers and child carriers might not be permitted, as they can pose a risk to other visitors.
Is coat check available? Yes! We offer a convenient coat check for a small fee.
Can I take photos or record the experience? We encourage guests to be mindful of others when capturing photos and videos and to ask permission before recording or photographing others.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes! We have public gender identified bathrooms on two floors and offer private gender-neutral bathrooms on B2 level.
